Shipping & Tracking

What is your shipping policy?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.00 for orders under $300 Australia-wide. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed within 5 business days, and you’ll be notified via email when your order is shipped. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Please note, we currently only ship within Australia.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the item is faulty or if the details do not match the customisations you ordered.
Please double-check all names and customisation details when placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. Additionally, we offer the convenience of Afterpay for flexible payment options.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. Use this number to track your order directly through Australia Post.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or updated if production has not yet begun. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible via the form on our Contact page.

How long does it take to produce a custom blanket?

Our custom blankets are made to order and take up to 5 business days for production. Once completed, you’ll receive a notification when your order is shipped.

Where are the blankets made?

All our blankets are custom-knitted with care in Brisbane, Australia, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

You can only make changes to your order if production has not yet started. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible using the form on our Contact page.

What materials are used for the blankets?

How do I ensure my customisation details are correct?

Before completing your order, double-check all customisation details, including names, colors, and designs, to ensure they are accurate. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for errors in details provided during the ordering process.

Yes! Our easy-to-use online customiser tool allows you to preview your design before placing your order to ensure it looks just the way you want.

Are there any size limitations for custom designs?

Our size options are clearly listed on the product page. You can select the size that best fits your needs, and our size guide is available to help you choose the perfect fit.

What if there’s an error in the customisation after production?

If the final product does not match the customisation details you provided, please complete the Returns and Exchanges form, and our team will assist in resolving the issue.

Can I reorder the same design in the future?

While we strive to meet our 5-business-day production timeline, unexpected delays can occur. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you immediately and provide updates on your order status.
