- The customisation details (e.g., name, colors, or design) do not match the information you provided during the ordering process.
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Spelling mistakes or incorrect customisation details provided by the customer.
- Change of mind or preference.

Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Refunds
