DrakeKnit provides custom-knitted blankets made to order based on your specifications. All prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Customisation and Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all customisation details (e.g., names, designs, and colors) are accurate at the time of order.
  • DrakeKnit is not liable for errors in customisation details provided by the customer.
  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of order.
  • All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via Australia Post.
  • A flat shipping fee of $12 applies to orders under $300. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.
  • DrakeKnit is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal service issues or natural events.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for faulty items or if the item does not match the customisation details provided at the time of order.
  • We do not accept returns for errors in customisation details provided by the customer or for change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, and branding on the DrakeKnit website are the exclusive property of DrakeKnit and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
  • Customisation designs created by customers remain the property of DrakeKnit for production purposes.

  • DrakeKnit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
